Please be aware that all digital store products sent to you via email, WhatsApp, or text messages are intangible products. Before purchasing, we advise reading the product instructions and specifications carefully before payment to ensure the product is suitable for you. It is also important to know the activation method. Digital products are non-refundable or non-redeemable once purchased. After account activation, you are not entitled to request a refund. If you encounter an account problem such as inability to access the account and the store cannot resolve the issue, the amount will be refunded (or you can request another product). However, if the problem is related to the number of days, such as the account only working for 25 days, we will allow you to complete the remaining days (on the same account). There are no cancellations after the order has been processed, because they are digital products. Refund requests will not be handled after 24 hours from the time of the order. If the account is closed, you will be compensated within no more than 24 hours. If the store exceeds the compensation period of 3 working days, the customer has the right to immediately refund the amount. No compensation requests are accepted after 24 hours from the order. When the order status changes from "Under Process" to "Being Processed" or "Completed," you are not entitled to request a refund for digital products or others; this applies to all store products. If the amount has been refunded and the customer has not received it, the customer cannot file a complaint against the store because the issue is with the bank, as some transactions take up to 7 working days for the refund. When raising a complaint about the order, you can only request a refund after the complaint has been closed.
